Developer Repository

Compile From Source

If you prefer to inspect and package the app yourself, clone the repository files and compile using Capacitor sync configurations.

1. Clone Command:

git clone https://gitlab.com/spotihater/spoticap.git

2. Compilation & Platforms Sync:

cd spoticap
npm install
npx cap sync android

Prerequisites: Node.js 18+, JDK 17+, and Android Studio SDK environment. Sync exports compiled web assets directly into the Android platform directory.

Upgraded capacitor platform plugins to improve message channel rendering threads.
Fixed WebView cache bugs that led to occasional authentication state resets on exit.
Refined DOM observation query scripts to map updated web player play buttons.
